Soft, Approachable, Kansas-Made
Our High Wheat Single Barrel Bourbon is built for the bourbon drinker who appreciates a softer, smoother pour. Where rye-forward bourbons lead with spice, this high wheat expression leads with warmth — toasted grains, honey butterscotch, and a finish that's as smooth as the Kansas prairie is wide.
37% Wheat Mash Bill
The mash bill tells the story: 58% corn, 37% wheat, 5% malt. That high wheat content — nearly four times more wheat than our standard bourbon — replaces rye's peppery bite with wheat's gentle, bready sweetness. The corn provides the bourbon's rich backbone, and the malt adds the subtle complexity that rounds it all out.
Every grain is sourced from local Kansas farmers, and the water comes from the Kiowa Aquifer — naturally sandstone-filtered, no treatment needed.
Single Barrel Character
Like our High Rye Single Barrel Bourbon, this is a single barrel release. Every barrel has its own personality, shaped by where it sat in our aging room, the charring of the oak, and the Kansas seasons it weathered. No two barrels are exactly alike.
