What sets it apart is our unique smoking process — we bottle this bourbon in a hickory-smoked vessel, allowing it to gain a mellowed, inviting smoky character without losing the rich qualities of the original.

While the mash bill remains the same as our Straight Bourbon — corn, malted barley, and rye — this special edition is gently hand-smoked with hickory wood using a culinary smoker. Each bottle is individually smoked before being filled, imparting a subtle smokiness that adds aromatic depth, almost as if the bourbon has been aged longer, giving it a richer, more nuanced profile.
